Is Ledgora a SaaS product?
No. Ledgora is not a SaaS platform. The main product is a Windows desktop application. The website and portal support accounts, downloads, purchases, licensing, updates, security, and support.
Does Ledgora upload my financial data?
No. Ledgora Desktop stores your financial profiles locally on your computer. Ledgora does not upload your transactions, receipts, forecasts, account files, or financial reports to the cloud.
Can I use Ledgora offline?
Yes. Normal desktop planning is designed to work offline. Internet access is used for account services, downloads, updates, purchases, license activation, and support.
Is there a subscription?
No. Ledgora is built around a Free edition and a one-time Professional license purchase. There are no monthly subscriptions and no advertisements.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. Ledgora does not require bank credentials. You can manually enter information and use supported local import workflows where available.
Who is Ledgora for?
Ledgora is designed for individuals, families, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that want to plan cash flow without giving a cloud service access to their financial life.
Is Ledgora financial advice?
No. Ledgora provides planning and forecasting tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, credit, or lending advice.
Can Ledgora guarantee my future balance?
No. Forecasts are estimates based on the data you enter or import. Actual balances can change due to timing differences, fees, pending transactions, income changes, or unexpected expenses.
What is the difference between Free and Professional?
Free lets you try the desktop app with limited planning capacity. Professional unlocks the fuller Ledgora experience with expanded limits and advanced planning tools.
Can I store receipts and invoices?
Yes. Ledgora includes local organization for receipts, invoices, PDFs, images, and related financial notes.
Can I export or back up my data?
Ledgora is designed around local ownership. You should keep your own backups of important local data, and export/backup workflows are part of the product direction.
Does Ledgora use ads or sell my data?
No. Ledgora does not use ads, and the business model is not based on selling financial data.
What is My Ledgora?
My Ledgora is the online portal for account management, downloads, purchases, licenses, email verification, security settings, and support. It is separate from your local financial profile files.
Why do I need an account?
An account is used for downloads, purchases, licensing, updates, support, and security features. It is not used to store your financial planning data.
Can I use Google Sign-In?
Yes, Google Sign-In can be used for account access when enabled. Email/password login is also supported.
Does Ledgora support two-factor authentication?
Account security features are being added through the portal, including email verification, session security, and two-factor authentication workflows.
Can I transfer or reset a license activation?
License activation management is handled through the portal and support tools. If you replace a PC or reinstall Windows, contact support if you need activation help.
How do updates work?
Ledgora checks the update service for release information and can download new installers published through the Ledgora release system.
Does Ledgora have an official mobile app?
No. Ledgora LLC currently offers LEDGORA exclusively as Windows desktop software through ledgora.app. Ledgora LLC does not publish or operate a mobile application. Any mobile app using the Ledgora name is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Ledgora LLC.
Does Ledgora work on macOS?
The current product is built for Windows desktop and laptop computers. A macOS edition may be evaluated later, but no official macOS release is currently available.
